When I say "the fact they are hiding from you" I know that I sound like a conspiracy theorist. However, when you put the facts and what they say next to each other, it's impossible to reach another conclusion: the weight loss industry wants us to stay fat... and it's not very hard to understand why - because once we lose weight, they lose a customer.

A lot of people think that in order to lose fat you have to exercise for hours every day. Since you can't exercise for hours if the exercises are intense, these are usually light aerobic exercises. It kind of makes sense since your body uses energy during those hours on the treadmill, supposedly leading you to lose fat. It made sense in me, that's why I tried to lose weight this way for years and years and failed each time miserably.

When I found something on the Internet that perfectly explained to me why I was still overweight... I was shocked and started cursing whoever made all those advertisements for the "next best fitness product". I fell for them for years - but no longer. Using the new method, I lost an insane amount of fat from my body, 40 pounds in 6 weeks, to be exact. So why doesn't the treadmill method work?

What They Tell Us...

They tell us that we are losing fat whenever we're exercising on the treadmill... since running (or climbing, in the case of stair climbers etc.) requires energy, your body will be calling on the fat deposits. And this much of what they say is true!

What They Do NOT Tell Us, Though... Is More Important

What they don't tell us is that while we are burning fat while on the treadmill, once we get off the treadmill and start to rest, our bodies do their utmost to replace those lost fat. And why shouldn't they? As far as they know, it will have to face the next training session soon, and it wants to be ready. Your body is a machine of survival.

Endless hours on the treadmill will never do you any good since it doesn't turn on the body's "thriving" mode on (which is required to lose fat), but turns on the "survival" mode instead!

This is why it's close to impossible to lose any meaningful amount of fat using the treadmills. Please don't fall for those tricks any longer.
