How The BodyBuilders Get Their Bodies

Have you ever wondered how the Mr. Olympia winners get their amazing physiques? Take for example Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, and even past greats such as Franco Columbo, and Arnold Schwartzenegger. Truth be told I'm sure every single one of the above mentioned has used steroids at one point or another, But using the tecniques I will outline you can still get an amazing body without juicing, shooting up, roiding out, or doing steroids! I just used some of the street names to throw in there.
Now bodybuilding has come quite a long ways in the past years. Arnold was around 6'2" tall and 240 pounds with around six percent bodyfat when he won the mr. olympia. Jay Cutler and Ronni Coleman are around 5'9" to 5'11" and around 335 pounds with 4 percent bodyfat, which is absolutely ridiculous. Now not all of us want to look like this. Instead we would much rather prefer a models body or just a big, cut, look. Not disgustingly big.
Now lets get start, first of all they got this big through a ton of dedication, hard work, and heavy lifting with added cardio. Which most likely consists of a type of cardio called H.I.I.T (High Tensity Interval Training.) They also do whats called bulking and cutting. Bulking consists of eating a plentiful amount of good foods, usually 500 calories above their maintenance amount of calories. This would result in the gaining of about 1 solid pound of muscle per week. This is called a clean bulk. Pro bodybuilders usually do whats called a dirty bulk. This is when they just eat a ton of food, or go on whats sometimes called the "see food diet" where they eat everything in sight sometimes exceeding 9000 calories a day. This results in around 5 pound gains a week. Not all is muscle though. The sole purpose is just to get big no cardio is included in the bulking phase.

I found this on the web, it's not a news story, but it should be. Apparently some guy posted his buddy's warning letter from Domino's Pizza. So sorry to the dude who got canned, but going down in flames like this bears repeating.

Came to work intoxicated on unknown substance possibly of hallucinogenic nature. Referred to customers as "bovine and porcine." After a customer complained he told her to "go straddle a narwhale you chlorinated gene pool" was removed from customer service to pizza cutting area where he wrote messages to customers concerning the nature of "pi". He became frustrated when he could only recite "pi" to the 46th digit. When told to go home he smeared lava cake mix over his face and yelled "I'm Rick James..." [ __ ] was not rostered on for any shift today.

After reading all that aren't you at least a little curious to know exactly what hallucinogenic this maniac was on? My guess is all of them.

Australia Pulls Dangerous Diet Products From Shelves

Imported diet products have been seized by the Food Authority in New South Wales (NSW), Australia. They contained the banned drug Sibutramine, which has been linked to heart problems and deaths.


Sibutramine, which has been sold under brand names Reductil, Meridia and Sibutrex, is no longer on the market in many countries - including the US, UK, Australia and Canada.


However, the NSW Food Authority has found sibutramine in diet products imported from China, which make no mention of the illegal ingredient on their packaging. The Food Authority released a statement listing some specific brands and products that have been recalled.


The affected products include chocolate bars, coffees and teas marketed at slimmers.


Whether or not you're Australian, see this as a warning. As Minister Steve Whan puts it:

Everyone is full of good intentions as the year begins but generally if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

But, the outlandish claims contained in this book make it unsavory in my opinion. And, I am always concerned when drugs are peddled, as a way of living a healthy lifestyle.

Writing in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, scientists found women consuming at least one serving of leafy vegetables, and three tablespoons of olive oil per day, reduced the risk of heart disease by over 40%.

Experts reviewed dietary data on 30,000 women (average age 50) taking part in a national health study, and followed the participants for 8 years, noting how many women developed cardiovascular disease.

Data showed 144 women had heart problems, such as heart attacks. But women eating foods like lettuce and spinach had a 46% lower risk of heart disease, and 44% reduced risk for women consuming one ounce of olive oil each day.

Researchers believe the antioxidants in both olive oil and green vegetables are the reason for the reduced risk.

In addition to regular exercise and not smoking, the United States Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends cutting saturated fats and eating more fresh fruits and vegetables to lower your likelihood of developing cardiovascular disease.
